Fringe Festival Addendum to Venue Rental Agreement

Introduction

This Fringe Festival Addendum modifies and supplements the Venue Rental Agreement for the rental of Yellow Bicycle Theater during the Philadelphia Fringe Festival and is made by and between Yellow Bicycle Company and the Renter.

Insurance

The Venue agrees to provide the Renter with an insurance certificate that meets the Festival‘s insurance requirements. The certificate will be provided by May 15th.

Marketing Services

The Venue agrees to provide the following marketing services:

Show listing on the Venue‘s website
• 1 Instagram post a week before the Renter‘s show and 1 story on opening day
• The Renter‘s show graphic looped on the Venue‘s 130″ outdoor display facing Love Park
• The Renter‘s tent sign and Fringie Awards poster picked up from Fringe Central and displayed on performance dates

Performance Slots

Performance slots are 1 hour and 45 minutes followed by a 15 minute buffer for a total of 2 hours at a rate of $199.95 plus tax. Load in and load-out may not exceed this 2 hour window under any circumstances. Longer shows that do not fit within this window may combine two slots for a total of 4 hours.

Add-Ons

Add-ons are charged at a discounted rate per performance slot, rather than per hour.

Front of House$29.95Front of house staff starting 45 minutes before and ending 15 minutes after the start of Renter‘s show.
Tech Operator$59.95Tech operator to run lights, sound and video via Qlab for the duration of Renter‘s show. NOTE: the Tech Operator’s role is limited to setting up and running tech and does not include the duties of a stage manager.

Storage

Storage is very limited at the Venue, especially during the Festival. All storage requirements must be listed in detail in the Storage Requirements field when booking a show.
